§ 6.1092. Master Development Plan Submittal.

A.

A master development plan shall be submitted where:

1.

The Land Divisions ordinance requires a development master plan.

2.

The underlying zone requires a master development plan, e.g., Section 5.4002, Planned Commerce Park District (PCP), Section 6.204, Planned Residential Development (PRD) or Section 5.2103, Planned Community District (PC);

3.

The Zoning Administrator determines that a master plan is necessary for the orderly development of the project, in accordance with the requirements of this Zoning Ordinance.
