The property owner may appeal a decision of the Zoning Administrator to the Development
Review Board. The appeal must be in writing, filed with the City within fifteen (15)
days of the date on which written notice of the decision was mailed to the property
owner, and must state the reasons for appeal, and the relief requested. The Zoning
Administrator shall place the appeal on the next available Development Review Board
agenda and shall notify the property owner in writing of the time and place at which
the Development Review Board will consider the appeal. Decisions of the Development
Review Board may be appealed to the City Council as provided in Article I.
