§ 6.1307. Use regulations.

The applicable underlying Downtown District's sub-district's use regulations shall apply to the PBD Overlay District, except that the City Council may add land uses. A zoning district map amendment's associated Development Plan for a PBD Overlay District shall include any additional land uses. The City Council may impose requirements on additional land uses.
