The purpose of the PSD District is to provide the opportunity for application of development standards to a property as defined by its perimeter, rather than applying the standards to the individual lots, tracts, and parcels within the boundaries of the perimeter. The PSD District allows the City Council to grant amended development standards for the purposes of sharing development standards between the lots, tracts, and parcels within the boundaries of the District.
