Editor's note

Ord. No. 4192, § 1, adopted Feb. 17, 2015, repealed § 315 which pertained to transient privilege licenses and derived from Ord. No. 2243, § 3, adopted June 5, 1989. Section 2 of Ord. No. 4192 specifies that the ordinance shall be retroactively applied to January 1, 2015.
