§ 14-122. Training and development.
(a)
The city is committed to providing training opportunities for the professional and personal development of all employees.
(b)
The human resources director or designee is responsible for employee training. Training opportunities include general education, employee development, effectiveness training and other programs as approved by the human resources director.
Employees may be required to successfully complete special training courses as a condition of employment.
