§ 14-137. Legal requirements.

(a)

Employees of the City of Scottsdale shall be entitled to all have all rights granted to public employees under Arizona law.

(b)

In accordance with Arizona Revised Statute 38-231, every officer and employee of the City of Scottsdale must take a loyalty oath as set forth by the State of Arizona Legislature.

(c)

The city council is responsible for appropriating the funds necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
