§ 16-167. State law applicable; rules and regulations; enforcement.

(a)

This article is subject to the provisions of title 4, Arizona Revised Statutes [A.R.S. § 4-101 et seq.]

(b)

The general manager, financial services department or designee may prepare such reasonable rules and regulations as he may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this article. The general manager financial services department or designee shall assure proper and complete enforcement of the terms of this article.
