§ 16-612. Written notice of appeal.

  • (a)

    An aggrieved party whose license application has been denied pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute Section 41-1080 may appeal such denial in writing to the general manager by filing a written notice of appeal with the director not later than ten (10) working days after the denial of the license.

    (b)

    This article contains all appellate relief to which an aggrieved party is entitled through city procedures. The exhaustion of appellate remedies at the city level does not preclude an aggrieved party from seeking any other remedies provided by law.
