§ 17-141. Appeal from permit denial.

Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of a parade permit to the city manager. The appeal shall be taken within ten (10) days after notice of disapproval is received by the applicant from the city. The city manager shall act upon the appeal within ten (10) days following receipt thereof.
