§ 19-6. Same—Responsibility of property owners, etc.

(a)

The definitions in section 19-5 apply to this section.

(b)

It is unlawful for the owner, his agent or employee, or any person having charge or control of any house, building, apartment, room or premises to rent or lease any such house, building, apartment, room or premises to any person to be used as a place of prostitution or to knowingly permit any such house, building, apartment, room or premises to be used for prostitution.
