§ 20-23. Use of library facilities.
Library facilities not otherwise committed to use in providing library and related services to the general public may be reserved for use. Persons desiring to use a facility which is subject to being reserved shall make application for a permit for use at the library where the facility is located. Permitted use of a facility shall be subject to any rules and regulations promulgated by the library director, pursuant to section 20-18. Fees for the use of library facilities shall be established by resolution of the city council, as provided in section 20-52.
