§ 2-228. Notice of sale.

Any notice concerning the purchase of improvement district bonds to be sold by the city at public or private sale under the provisions of Arizona Revised Statutes [A.R.S. § 48-571 et seq.] shall be given in such manner as deemed reasonable and appropriate by the city and the notice may contain provisions permitting the city to reject any or all offers, bids and proposals received pursuant to the notice.
