§ 9-15. Seal of the city court.

Latest version.

The city court shall have a seal with the words "Seal of the City Court of Scottsdale, Maricopa County, Arizona." The seal shall be kept by the city court clerk and shall be used to authenticate official documents of the city court, including, without limitation, the city court clerk's certification of true copies of city court records.
