§ 9-9. Formation and summoning of juries and juror pay.

Latest version.

The formation and summoning of juries in the city court shall be done in the same manner as provided for by law in courts of record. Each juror in the city court shall be paid by the city in the same manner and amount as paid by the county to its jurors for daily attendance and mileage.
