§ 6.903. Use regulations.

  • The uses allowed in the O-S District are those recreational uses which are primarily open space and landscape areas and which are designed so as to present no hazard to life or property when located in areas subject to periodic inundation.

    A.

    Permitted uses.

    1.

    Wireless communications facilities; building mounted, located on sixty-nine (69) kilovolt, or above, electrical utility poles, or as a joint use with ball field lights within a park; types 1, 2, AND 3, subject to the requirements of Sections 1.906, 3.100 and 7.200.

    B.

    Uses permitted by conditional use permit.

    1.

    Golf course (excluding miniature golf or commercial driving range).

    1.5.

    Golf training center.

    2.

    Municipal uses.

    3.

    Park.

    3.1.

    Wireless communications facilities; building mounted, located on sixty-nine (69) kilovolt, or above, electrical utility poles, or as a joint use with ball field lights within a park; Type 4, subject to requirements of sections 1.400, 3.100 and 7.200.

    4.

    Parking, attended (when required by an abutting use and excluding overnight parking).

    5.

    Picnic grounds.

    6.

    Playgrounds.

    7.

    Tennis court or club.
