§ 6.904. Property development standards.

The following property development standards shall apply to all land or buildings in the O-S zoning district.

A.

Lot width. The minimum width of property zoned O-S shall be two hundred (200) feet.

B.

Building height. No building shall exceed twenty-four (24) feet in height except as otherwise provided in article VII.

C.

Yards.

1.

A yard of not less than thirty (30) feet shall be maintained between all buildings and all adjacent residential districts.

2.

All buildings shall maintain a setback of not less than twenty-five (25) feet from all streets.

D.

Walls, fences and required screening.

1.

All parking areas shall be screened from all public streets by three-foot wall or solid landscaping three (3) feet in height. This requirement shall not apply when such a wall or landscaping would impede the flow of floodwater.

2.

All mechanical structures and appurtenances shall be screened as approved by the Development Review Board.

3.

The design of perimeter walls or fences shall be approved by the Development Review Board.

4.

All storage and refuse areas shall be screened as determined by Development Review Board approval.

Other requirements and exceptions as specified in article VII.
