Ord. No. 4183, § 1(Res. No. 9970, § 1, Exh. A, § 15), adopted Dec. 2, 2014, repealed regulation 310.2 which pertained to "casual" exemption of activities from the licensing requirements of section 310 and derived from Ord. No. 2243, § 5, adopted June 5, 1989.
