Ord. No. 4183, § 1(Res. No. 9970, § 1, Exh. A, § 15), adopted Dec. 2, 2014, repealed regulation 360.1 which pertained to proof of exemption: sale for resale; sale, rental, lease, or license of rental equipment and derived from the original tax code.
