Ord. No. 3692, § 2, adopted Nov. 14, 2006, repealed Regulation 447.1 in its entirety. Formerly, said section pertained to gross income from rental, leasing, and licensing for use of real property as lodging or lodging space to transients. Section 3 of Ord. No. 3692 provided that the repeal of Regulation 447.1 shall be effective from and after January 1, 2007.
