§ 17-312. Haul permit—Effective through June 30, 2015.

  • (a)

    A city permit is required to operate or move, or cause another to operate or move, a haul of 5,000 cubic yards or more, on city streets, to or from a site in the city.

    (b)

    No person shall operate or move, or cause another to operate or move, a haul of less than 5,000 cubic yards, on city streets without having a city-approved haul route. As part of approving a haul route, the city may require a haul permit for a haul of less than 5,000 cubic yards.

    (c)

    Any vehicle or load moved upon city streets without a valid permit shall be parked clear of traffic until the requirements of this article are met and a permit is issued.
